A note from the firm.

Daloy is beyond automating workflows. We eliminate the bottlenecks behind them.

Most organizations don't break because they lack technology. They break at one of three seams: people, product, or process. Daloy is the senior engineering firm you call to find the seam, simplify the system around it, and let your team get back to growing the business.

Daloy Tech Solutions was registered in January 2025 — but it didn't start from zero. The company is built on the 23-year engineering legacy of our founder Alexander Burias, whose work since 2003 has shipped production .NET and Azure systems for the likes of Ford, Intel, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Prophecy International and Cloudstaff. Daloy inherits that discipline — and a team trained inside it.

You focus on growing the business. We manage the backbone — the people workflows, the product surfaces, the processes underneath.

If you're carrying legacy .NET, leaking hours to manual workflows, or shopping for "an AI strategy" — spend thirty minutes on the phone with our principal architect. No sales engineer, no intake form routed to an intern.

§ 01The firm

A small firm
with a long receipt.

Daloy Tech Solutions is a Philippine-registered engineering firm, incorporated January 2025 in Iligan City and serving clients across the UK, US, Australia and Southeast Asia. New name, deep roots: the company was founded by Alexander Burias, whose 23-year engineering legacy — production .NET and Azure systems shipped since 2003 — is the foundation Daloy was built on. The firm operates as a small senior team under his direct architectural review.

§ 02Heritage

Twenty-three years
of shipping software.

A throughline of the work that earned us the right to do this. Not a portfolio — a lineage. Every engagement below was production-grade, under deadline, with real users on the other side.

Every AI consultancy was a software firm first. Most just forget to mention it.

A senior architecture firm that happens to build AI — not an AI consultancy that picked up architecture on the weekend.

2003 — 2010 · FOUNDATION

Quiet back-ends for Ford, Intel, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server. The kind of systems you don't hear about because they just run — for a decade — while the team that built them has moved on twice.

— Where we learned that boring is a feature.
2010 — 2018 · SCALING

Cross-platform delivery for AU & HK enterprise.

Founded as Code Slaves Inc. Node.js, MongoDB, distributed architectures. Learned the hard way what happens when a "microservice" is actually a distributed monolith in disguise.

2018 — 2023 · ARCHITECTURE

Architect-in-residence for Azure-native SaaS.

Prophecy International, DataTools, Cloudstaff/BMT, Valhallah. Azure DevOps, MAUI, microservices done properly. The decade that built the playbook we now use.

— Cloud ops you can sleep through.
2023 — PRESENT · AI-NATIVE

Rebranded as Daloy Tech Solutions.

Applying two decades of delivery discipline to LLM orchestration, RAG, and agentic systems. Shipped IAmAnito, LeadGovAI, TulAI, AgosScores, TagSingCo, and the AI-SDLC platform — all in production.

— Where it all compounds.

§ 03Thesis

Most organizations
break at one of three seams.

People. Product. Process. Almost every operational headache we've been called in to fix — across 30+ engagements — traces back to one of these three. Automation alone doesn't fix any of them. Diagnosis does. Then design. Then code.

We start every engagement by asking which seam is bleeding. Then we close it.
01PEOPLE

The team is doing work the system should be doing.

Senior people stuck on copy-paste. Onboarding that takes a quarter. Tribal knowledge living in three Slack DMs. We map the workflows, surface the friction, and design AI agents that absorb the repetitive layer — so your humans go back to judgment work.

— Free your best people from their inbox.
02PRODUCT

The product is one feature behind the market.

Legacy .NET that nobody wants to touch. A roadmap blocked on a rewrite. AI features your competitors shipped last quarter. We modernize the stack with strangler-fig migrations and embed AI capability into the product surface — without a weekend go-live.

— Ship the feature. Keep the system standing.
03PROCESS

The process compounds friction faster than revenue.

Approvals that take five tools. Reports rebuilt from scratch every Monday. Compliance work that scales linearly with headcount. We design agentic processes — orchestrated, observable, kill-switchable — that absorb the procedural overhead and give you back the calendar.

— Streamline the backbone. Grow the business.

You focus on growing the business. We manage the backbone.

§ 04Capabilities

Six things we do,
in plain words.

Every capability below comes from a real engagement, usually one where something was on fire. We won't pitch a service we haven't shipped twice.

If it's not on this list, we'll still take the call — and tell you who's better at it.
CAP—01

AI strategy, scoped in weeks — not quarters.

We map your highest-friction workflows and return a short, readable architecture document with a deployable roadmap, a cost ceiling, and a kill-criterion for each phase. Not a slide deck. A plan.

Our founder writes these himself. They tend to be short.
DiscoveryArchitectureRoadmapROI
CAP—02

Private AI on your Azure tenant or on-prem hardware.

Local LLMs, Azure OpenAI with customer-managed keys, or fully air-gapped deployment. Your proprietary data never leaves your cloud boundary. Ever. This is non-negotiable.

If it leaves your tenant, it's not private.
Azure OpenAIOllamaLocal LLMsOn-prem
CAP—03

RAG & knowledge retrieval.

Document pipelines that read your contracts, SOPs, and tickets — and answer questions with citations your team can verify.

CAP—04

Agentic workflow automation.

Multi-step agents that execute real back-office work: triage, drafting, scoring, routing. Built on the IAmAnito runtime we also maintain.

CAP—05

Legacy .NET modernization.

We migrate ASP.NET Framework and VB.NET into .NET Core microservices without a big-bang rewrite. Strangler-fig, continuous delivery, no weekend go-lives.

CAP—06

Our AI-SDLC: how we deliver 3–5× faster without cutting corners.

Internally we run software delivery as a coordinated agentic system — architecture planning, implementation, testing, deployment, DevOps — all orchestrated by specialized agents under direct senior review. It's not prompt-to-code soup; it's architecture-aware engineering at machine speed, with a human signing every merge. This is how a lean team ships what used to take fifteen engineers six months.

We built this for ourselves first. Now it's how we deliver for you.

§ 04Work in production

Four systems
running in the wild.

No mockups, no case-study theatre. Each of these is a live URL you can click, a system serving real customers right now, and a story we're happy to talk through on our call.

Click any of them. They should load.
§ 05Process

Four phases. Each
with a kill-criterion.

A structure refined across thirty-plus engagements. Fixed scope, fixed price per phase, and an explicit kill-criterion at the end of each. You're never locked into the next phase until the current one ships.

If it's not working, we stop. We'd rather keep the relationship than the revenue.

§ 06Engagement

Priced per milestone,
scoped to your reality.

No fixed packages. No tiered menus. Every organization carries a different combination of bottlenecks, and pricing should reflect that. We scope each engagement around the milestones — or the specific automations — that move the needle for you, then quote a fixed price per milestone you can take to a board.

SMME, mid-market, or enterprise — same model. Different scope, different math, same discipline.
01

We diagnose first.

A short discovery — we identify which seam is bleeding (people, product, process) and what "shipped" actually looks like for you.

02

We scope by milestone.

The work is broken into concrete deliverables — automations, modules, integrations. Each one is independently priced and independently shippable.

03

You approve, milestone by milestone.

Fixed price per milestone. Pay as each one ships. Stop, pause or re-scope between any two. No retainer lock-in, no minimum term.

04

You own everything.

Source, IP, cloud tenant, model weights where applicable. Full transfer at every milestone — not just at the end.

— Indicative scope, by org shape

Same firm. Same seniority. Right-sized math for your reality.

Below are typical engagement shapes we see. Yours will be quoted to your actual milestones — these are reference points, not menus.

SMME

Founder-led teams &
growing operators.

One critical workflow automated. One bottleneck eliminated. A foundation you can build on.

  • 1–3 milestones, 2–8 weeks
  • Single workflow automation
  • Hosted on your cloud or ours
Indicative USD 4k → 18k
per milestone, all-in
MID-MARKET

Operations-led
SaaS & services firms.

Several workflows orchestrated. Legacy modernization in flight. A senior architect inside the room, milestone by milestone.

  • 4–8 milestones, 2–6 months
  • Agentic platform on your tenant
  • Legacy .NET modernization, integrations
  • Weekly executive demos
Indicative USD 12k → 35k
per milestone, all-in
ENTERPRISE

Multi-team, regulated,
or board-reported work.

Multi-quarter programs across departments. Security, compliance, and governance built in from milestone one. Embedded senior architecture.

  • Quarterly milestone tranches
  • Private AI on your tenant or on-prem
  • SOC2 / ISO posture, MLOps, observability
  • Embedded architect, on-call SLA
Indicative USD 30k → 90k+
per milestone tranche

No hourly billing. No surprise invoices. Fixed price per milestone, full IP transfer at each one — senior-led by the founding architect, every engagement.

§ 07Leadership

The principal on
your account.

Every Daloy engagement is led personally by the founder — not a salesperson, not a delivery manager. The engineer who will actually design your system and sign off every merge that ships to your cloud.
